Background: THE PROBLEM YOU WILL USE FOR THIS PROJECT IS ALREADY SELECTED. For my Capstone project, I am focusing on: Immunotherapy drugs and Cancer-RELATED TO ORGAN TRANSPLANTS).
The patient is Sharde Rose. Sharde is a Registered Nurse and close friend of mine who is currently battling stage 4 melanoma; related to the consumption of immunotherapy drugs as a result of her pancreas transplant. FOCUS: IMMUNOTHERAPY DRUGS AND IT’S RELATION TO CANCER. THE PROBLEM IS RELEVANT TO MY PRACTICE BECAUSE I AM A REGISTERED NURSE WITH A SPECIALTY IN RENAL TRANSPLANTS. I CHOSE TO FOCUS MY CAPSTONE RESEARCH ON “IMMUNOTHERAPY DRUGS AND IT’S CORRELATION WITH CANCER BECAUSE I WORK CLOSELY WITH PATIENTS THAT RECEIVE IMMUNOSUPPRESANTS THAT ULTIMATELY PLACES THEM AT RISK FOR CANCER. AS A MAJOR PART OF THE INTERGRATED COLLABORATION TEAM WHICH INCLUDES: PHYSICIANS, PHRAMACISTS, THE RN, SOCIAL WORKER, AND PHYSICAL THERAPISTS, I WORK THE CLOSEST TO THE PATIENT, FOLLWING DOCTORS ORDERS, ADMINISTERING MEDICATION, PROVIDING SUPPORT, AND EDUCATING MY PATIENTS. As a RN, I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE DIRECT CORRELATION BETWEEN IMMOUNOTHERAPY DRUGS AND CANCER RISKS.
Introduction
In your first three assignments, you applied new knowledge and insight gleaned from the literature, from organizational data, and from direct consultation with the patient, family, or group (and perhaps with subject matter and industry experts) to your assessment of the problem. You’ve examined the problem from the perspectives of leadership, collaboration, communication, change management, policy, quality of care, patient safety, costs to the system and individual, technology, care coordination, and community resources. Now it’s time to turn your attention to proposing an INTERVENTION intervention (your capstone project) -TRANSPLANT PATIENTS ,IMMUNOSUPPRESANT DRUGS, AND CANCER, as a solution to the problem.
Instructions
Complete this assignment in two parts:
1.) Develop an intervention as a solution to the problem and submit your proposed intervention, with a written analysis, to your instructor for review and approval.
Part 1
Develop an intervention, as a solution to the problem, based on your assessment and supported by data and scholarly, evidence-based sources. Incorporate relevant aspects of the following considerations that have shaped your understanding of the problem, as follows:
Leadership.
Collaboration.
Communication.
Change management.
Policy.
Quality of care.
Patient safety.
Costs to the system and individual.

Some appropriate interventions include:
Creating an educational brochure.
Producing an educational voice-over PowerPoint presentation or video focusing on your topic.
Creating a teaching plan for your patient, family, or group.
Recommending work process or workflow changes addressing your topic.
Part 2
Submit your proposed intervention to your instructor for review and approval.
In a separate written deliverable, write a 5–7 page analysis of your intervention.
Summarize the patient, family, or population problem.
Explain why you selected this problem as the focus of your project.
Explain why the problem is relevant to your professional practice and to the patient, family, or group.
In addition, address the requirements outlined below. These requirements correspond to the scoring guide criteria for this assignment, so be sure to address each main point. Read the performance-level descriptions for each criterion to see how your work will be assessed. In addition, note the additional requirements for document format and length and for supporting evidence.

CLASSMATE QUESTION 1: Cells that make up the nervous system are called neurons.

CLASSMATE QUESTION 1:
Cells that make up the nervous system are called neurons. Neurons are the fundamental units of our bodies brain and nervous system. These cells are responsible for receiving a stimulus / sensory input from an external source and sending an electrical signal / impulse (What is a Neuron?). A neuron is composed of three parts: dendrites, an axon and a cell body or soma. The main part of the neuron is the cell body (Patton & Thibodeau, 2019). The branch like projections from the cell body are the dendrites (Patton & Thibodeau, 2019). The axon is an elongated projection, like a tail on an animal (Patton & Thibodeau, 2019). Our dendrites carry the impulse received to our neuro cell bodies, and the axon of the neuron carries the impulse away from the cell body (Patton & Thibodeau, 2019). In addition to our neurons, our nervous system has supporting cells called glia or neuroglia (Patton & Thibodeau, 2019). These supporting cells do not transmit impulses, but instead offer support and protection for the functioning neurons. Glia not only offer support and protection, but they also specialize in function (Patton & Thibodeau, 2019).
How can damage to our neurons alter our bodies response to a stimulus?
“Classmate Question # 2”
Shingles is a viral infection that caused by the caused by the varicella-zoster virus. If you had chickenpox or took its vaccine, you might get shingles. After you recover from chickenpox, the virus enters your nervous system and stays inactive for years. It can cause a very painful rash in people 50 or over. Other symptoms include pain, burning or tingling, sensitivity to touch, fluid-filled blisters that break open and crust over and itching. Some people also experience fever, headache, sensitivity to light and fatigue. Some serious complications from shingles include postherpetic neuralgia and neurological problems.
What causes the Herpes zoster, or shingles, to become reactive?

Please correct my paper: Professor instructions bellow.
I will attach my publish paper( Research Paper #2)
Dear students:
I have had the opportunity to review the research papers from Week 6. Again, I just want to clarify to everyone the importance to follow the rubric and develop all the headings or subtopics included on your assignment.
Some of you are missing a very important part: “The research papers”. You have to understand that this part is not referring to the references you have used in your paper. This is a heading on your RP where you have to show al least 3 articles that support the statements on your paper. Is like a literature review you add to support your work.
I am giving you this advise and the possibility to correct your paper before I grade it to avoid points deduction.
