Questions:
1. GN, a 38-year-old obese woman with a body mass index (BMI) of 32.4 kg/m2 and uncontrolled type 2 diabetes is starting on an atypical antipsychotic today for the management of schizophrenia. The pharmacist receives a call from GN’s psychiatric nurse practitioner (NP), who
has questions about drug selection. The NP mentions that GN’s drug formulary lists aripiprazole, haloperidol, olanzapine, and quetiapine as tier 1 preferred options. The NP wants the pharmacist’s opinion on which atypical antipsychotic may be most appropriate to prescribe. What is the recommendation? Explain why and why not .
2. JY is a 75-year-old man who was diagnosed with mild Alzheimer’s disease (AD) one week ago. His wife, PY, comes to the pharmacy with her husband’s prescription for donepezil (Aricept), but she believes the doctor made a mistake. She recalls seeing an advertisement for a medication named memantine (Namenda) for use in the treatment of AD. why the doctor wrote a prescription for donepezil and not memantine? Suggest what explanation should be given.

All Instructions on how to write the lab report as well as lecture information are all included in the *Additional Materials* Section, I have a video that gives instructions on how to use and show data in the lap report but cannot upload it here, I will reach out to Cx service.
CRAYFISH HEARTRATE LAB REPORT
My group was assigned with finding the effects of Temperature. Please write lab report from point of view of group that did temperature but you must include the methods and manipulated data from from other groups too
A Data Set for the Crayfish Heartrate exercise has been provided. This is an Excel file with two sheets. The first sheet is the unsorted data, and the second sheet is the same data that has been sorted by neurotransmitter treatment. Treat each portion of the data for each specimen separately. Note that you are looking a changes in heartrate, not absolute heartrate for your comparisons. Make sure that you understand how these data were obtained by reviewing the exercise procedures in the Lab Manual.
Don’t present raw data. You should be calculating averages of the change in heartrate for a particular treatment over all of the specimens for which you have data that fits that particular treatment. For example, find the difference in heartrate between the baseline and the serotonin treatment for all specimens that were treated with serotonin. Take an average of the change in heartrate over all of those specimens and report that number in your table. Make sure that you also report the number of specimens used to calculate each average.

I need you to change some part for this paper.
I need you to write more on the medications and less on the pathophysiology on it. The list of medications is on this paper
“So this is what my professor said some comments on this paper and just change of what he is asking. this needs more about the meds, less about pathophysiology (and with the patho better integrated with the med info). you didn’t even start describing meds until the end of p.4.
needs more in-text citations.
see my other comments within.
what are the pt’s bp, chol, HbA1c measurements?”
As long you can change this paper and follow on what he is asking then we are good. Obviously you can delete some stuff on it and change it along the way. As long you follow the instruction of what I am asking and what he said then I am happy with it. I am pretty sure this a APA format not MLA. Oh for the citation you can just use the ones that I have listed if you like. You dont have to add more citations for it

Assignment:
Use the web to identify one sport example of movement of an implement not mentioned in the text. Describe four principles of biomechanics and how they tie into the technique required for the example.
How I would explain it is to look at slides 6 and 7 from the week’s lecture (or the lecture notes) where it breaks down throwing a javelin and swinging a baseball bat, and then choose a different implement (e.g., tennis racket, golf club, etc.) to describe similarly but obviously with more depth to reach the length requirement for the assignment. Use terms that reference principles such as trajectory, axis of rotation, gravity, and others from the text/lectures just as the slides do. Hope this helps!
the assignment is pretty straightforward. Be sure to cite any sources you use.
